​The CDL Class A Truck Driver will manage delivery loads as defined and prioritized by the dispatch coordinator while maintaining loads free of damage/loss to Gainey’s customers.

The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the Project Management team throughout the planning and execution of the project lifecycle. This person will also monitor inventory levels and timely assist our customers to ensure that products are received and delivered with accuracy and efficiency.

The Project Coordinator will manage the job order process from the point of receiving a purchase order to the delivery of the products to the job site. He/She acts as the liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.

Production Crew Members are responsible for all aspects of manufacturing high-quality, precast concrete structures. The production crew assist in all stages of production—from setting up molds and pouring concrete to finishing and preparing pieces for shipment. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with crew members and coordinators to meet production deadlines, ensuring our precast solutions exceed client expectations.
