| Lynette Gainey-Lobell of Gainey's Concrete Products in Holden, LA was named chairperson of the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Education Committee. Lynette served as a member of the education committee for three years previous to her nomination and is excited to take on the challenge as its director. The committee's main directives this year are hosting Production Quality School (PQS) Online, offering a PQS Spanish Course, and initiating a PQS Level 2 curriculum. |
