We helped develop for Shell Oil a secondary containment structure (double well cellar) for side by side oil rigs. The structure was cast in (2)12' x 22' x 4' tall, 12" thick risers - 42,000lbs. each. |

Gainey's manufactured a 12' x 12' Precast Pump Station with 12" thick wall for a Power Plant in Coushatta, LA. The risers were cast into 5' tall sections, each weighing approximately 50,000 lbs |

| We are in full production on the main Pump Station for the City of Gonzales. Pump Station #19 measures 18' x13'-6" inside dimensions and is being manufactured with 12" thick walls in 4' riser sections stacking up to 26' in height. The "pink" color of the riser sections is a property of the Xypex waterproofing admixture dosed into the concrete at 3.5% by weight of cement. The concrete strength specified and being achieved is 6500PSI at 28 days. |
