| In February, Gainey's
joined 200 fellow precasters at the 2087 MCPX Exposition and NPCA Winter
Conference in Denver, CO. Gainey's employees attended Educational courses,
technical demonstrations, and NPCA functions. All attendees walked away with
a wealth of knowledge to incorporate into Gainey's management program.
Not only did Gainey's gain wisdom from other precasters in our industry, but also shared some of our own tested and true innovations during the Pinnacle Awards Competition. Gainey's competed in all three categories and took home Pinnacle's highest honor - Best In Show in the management category and 2nd place in Safety. |

Gainey's Christmas Party December 2007 |

| IWI Group and Stewart Steel went the extra mile earlier this year by fulfilling an unheard of request in our industry just for the girls at Gainey's. After purchasing a new manhole form through IWI Group at the annual MCPX conference, Stewart Steel asked Gainey's what color would they like their new form painted. "Pink," Lynette Lobell replied in gest, "I think pink would suit us perfectly." The "girls" are involved in most aspects of Gainey's operations including production planning, facility management, delivery, safety, design drafting, commercial installations, sales and office management. So it only made since to Stewart Steel to honor the request and paint their first ever pink form. "We never thought they would actually paint it pink," Retta George confessed, "We were all too excited when the truck rolled into the plant!" |

| Gainey's celebrated the Christmas Season with food and festivities. Certificates were awarded in safety, attendance, and were given to employees that had shown the most growth throughout 2007. All employees participated in one of the most exciting gift wars we've ever had. The prizes ranged from grills to $50 Target gift cards and the competition was fierce. |

| NPCA and Spillman provided lunch to Gainey's employees in March as part of the Pinnacle Awards Best In Show prize. In February, Gainey's managers competed in the Annual Pinnacle Awards competition at the NPCA convention. Greg Roache, company president, presented Gainey's new Think Pink marketing campaign and encouraged other precasters to "celebrate what set them apart." |
